I kind of felt like the 0% 50% and 100% monetization system that was there before felt awkward, it didn't feely HIVY, hence many people would originally decline their reward in their first post. This change here feels better as no one would again, make that mistake. Plus, I had to navigate the new UI to see how it was for myself before making this comment and it was stunning.
I think irrespective of our talents, it still takes sweat, hardwork an many more to actually grow. I believe it's the step towards growth.

Yes, it was actually sort of a legacy thing from back when we did the very early MVP mock up on Steem days.
I'm glad you find the changes to be appealing, we're certainly quite happy with them and we've actually got quite a bit more changes to come probably in the next quarter in terms of visual ux updates.
As for talent, I agree with you. Having talent but no thread of hard work will not get you far. Having a long time horizon helps in that respect, because nothing of value was ever achieved and sustained in a short space of time. We are all the products of our efforts (hopefully smart efforts and not blind volumous effort)
