Dining at Mitsuyado Sei-men in Bonifacio District, Cebu was a delightful experience that my husband and I will always cherish. As we entered the restaurant, the ambiance immediately captivated us with its blend of modernity and traditional Japanese aesthetics. The dimly lit, wooden interiors and contemporary decor set the stage for a memorable evening.
The menu offered an extensive array of Japanese dishes, making our choices quite challenging. We began with appetizers, enjoying the Edamame and Gyoza, which provided a perfect start to our meal. The Tonkotsu Ramen, with its rich pork broth and succulent pork belly slices, and my Ebi Tempura Donburi (we immediately ate it all that I forgot to take a photo), featuring crispy tempura prawns atop fluffy rice, were both exceptional main course selections.
Dessert was equally satisfying, as we indulged in a Matcha Cheesecake (so good that my husband ate it all) that perfectly balanced the flavors of sweet and bitter. Throughout our dining experience, the attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured that our needs were met promptly.
In conclusion, our dinner at Mitsuyado Sei-men was not just about the delicious food but also about the ambiance, service, and the quality time my husband and I shared. It was a memorable culinary journey that transported us to the heart of Japan, leaving us eager to return for more exquisite Japanese flavors and cherished memories.
