I promise you I do more than deadlifts when I workout but for some reason these seem to be the one I capture and share the most! Put together a quick series of pictures from a workout last week. Recently switched up my 'program' to get my heartrate pumping more while getting my muscles pumping too. So far I've been really liking the change, which has been a challenge, but that's a good thing!
