Another Monday - More Deadlifts!

I swear I do more in my workouts than just deadlifts but I do enjoy them!

Today I set out to reboot a bit of my habits, starting out with setting a goal for the week to track my food intake consistently. I've had great success with this in the past and fell out of the habit recently. While my weight is up, my workouts have consisted of more strength training so hopefully that's part of it (at least that's what I've convinced myself of).

Today's workout felt solid and was extremely challenging and I did more than just deadlifts and KB swings. The benefit of working with a trainer is that my KB swings felt 'off' and sure enough my form was incorrect and he sent me a video of how I should be doing them, which I'll be able to correct for next go around.
