The delicacy I am sharing today is called chestnut stewed chicken. As the name suggests, it requires chestnuts and chicken. The chestnuts I used were grown by my father in the mountains. I used a tool to peel the chestnut kernels. Then, when making the normal stewed chicken, add the peeled chestnut kernels and continue stewing. When the chestnut kernels become soft, the dish is ready.
