Ohh wowww how luxurious that dessert looks and that coffee looks spectacular my friend, good to know you are having a good day. By the way, I already read your previous post about the tendinitis, I'm a doctor, that's why I was telling you that you should be resting, but for athletes to be resting is difficult, that's why I was worried when you said you were going to stop running for a while, but you were going to swim, hehe athetes are all like that, they never want to rest 😅, I hope you recover soon and get back to your streets. 🙏🏼 greetings💕

Thanks dalla, I am unsure how long this injury will persist. The doctor said to me it is not bone, and gave me a week worth of meds. My second day, I felt okay so I stopped taking them, and then woke up feeling a lot of pain again.

@elmerlin My friend nooo that's another thing they always do too, please take the medication the days they sent it to you, those medications are not just for pain, they are anti-inflammatory too. They send them for both things, you need to de-inflate the muscle and tendons so they can return to their normal state. Please take it the days they were told to take it and rest, if you do it this way, in 2 weeks at the most, it will pass and you will be fine 🙏🏼.

You fine? Some good news about your injury? 🙂 Haven‘t seen you posting in moments.

Injury is.. still here!

I'm going to be taking a couple of weeks off from training. Might post some tidbits of other stuff though. Thanks for wondering!

@elmerlin Damn. Sending some wishes 🤗
