#21days #day6

Sunday is usually reserved for long runs but when you're running a half marathon everyday, then it calls into question what a long run should be. In any case, i thought i would be walking today, and that is what i did for the first couple kilometres.

A couple more slow kms and i started feeling a bit bettee then just kept going. Goes to show, sometimes you are in better condition than you think.

One more day and that would be a week of half Marathons. May the powers that be give me the strength to continue!

I have now run about 150 km in total this week. Prior to Copenhagen Marathon, my top mileage week was about 100km and on average through out the build, 70.

Still a nice pace! Just keep it up. 🔥

I have been consciously running slower to preserve my ability to do it again tomorrow. I actually think I should run even slower.

Wow!!! 🔥🔥🔥
A high resistance training. Congratulations you have done very well....

Tomorrow we achieve the first week 🥳🥳🥳🥳.

We will achieve great things as a team.

@elmerlin 😍 Definitely yes! 🔥🔥🔥

These tests teach us to listen to our body and how far we can reach. And you are doing great!
I recommend you get a massage this week, or something in the pool to help you release muscle tension.

21 kilometers a day is enough.

i have dreamed about running 100 mile (160km) per week. I think if I am able to control the intensity and recover adequately, then it is possible. After the 21 days, I will take some time to rest and recover. I am already thinking about the next challenge for myself and potentially the #hiverun community to join me on.

@elmerlin Of course you can do it but accompanied by massages, gels with electrolytes, potassium, food, adequate rest.

The #Hiverun community in one year has been growing and positioning itself, if you can do good things.

Sure you can! God will give you enough strength to keep going and to grow more.
I wanted to ask you in which application you report your physical activity? Because you always post the screenshot and I was curious.

Thank you! The application that most runners use is 'Strava' its really good for keeping track of running, cycling, swimming. It's also a social network as well!

Thank you and success.

Excellent, one day more, one day less, closer and closer to the goal. Congratulations 💪💪💪
