@elmerlin Excellent friend, a great way to close the week. Training triceps is the best, since it demands a lot of concentration and doing the exercises with the pulley are incredible. Do you know those exercises?

@elmerlin Hive is the best, to make a great community. Since this update came out I have not stopped interacting with the other colleagues, since it is a way to show that someone is viewing their content. Also talk a little how we are doing day to day.

I am familiar. Though I no longer 'bodybuild' - I spent the majority of my formative years (18-30) lifting.
