Sikatuna's Mirror of the World and Botanical Garden - Bohol Part 2

Hi there beautiful people! I hope you are all doing fine and great.
Here is another post of our Bohol escapade last March.

Mirror of the World and Botanical Garden displays some famous landmarks from around the world and was opened to the public on the year 2018. I haven't heard of it during that time of the year. I just discovered it last year when my sister posted a photo of it when she visited Bohol. So, I got curious and so excited to explore when I had the chance. Luckily, Babi and her friends initiated a tour of Bohol and we managed to include it on our itinerary.

Based on my research, this is owned by Jan Yngvar and Ann Dulogan Kolsto. The couple built the Park to share their experiences and trips from abroad with the Filipinos and promote tourism in Sikatuna by bringing a new tourist destination to Bohol. I love their initiative of making this amazing and jaw-dropping park. I was mesmerized and got enchanted by the beauty of the whole place.

The entrance fee per head is PHP150 ($2.71) for Adults; PHP50 ($0.90) for Child below 3 feet; PHP120 ($2.17) for Senior Citizens and PWDs. Daytime Operating Hours is from 7AM to 6PM and Nighttime Operating Hours if from 6PM to 9PM. There is also and environmental fee which cost PHP20 ($0.36) and is collected by the LGU at the start of the entrance road.

We arrived at the place around five in the afternoon. It was a bit crowded for it falls on a weekend. A lot of people taking pictures on every corner. We wanted to see the place with the lights on, so we waited for the night.

It was truly enchanting! 🤩 the whole place with the lights ON is indeed magical. Construction in other areas is still ongoing. There are more phases to discover soon and I will surely come back for it! That's it for now.
