Buen día, cuantos de ustedes madrugaron hoy y le dieron gracias a Dios o a sus creencias por empezar un nuevo día. Pues está mañana me sentí muy bien y la naturaleza y el universo me reciben con un lindo paisaje, el día muy fresco y empiezo a trotar con un grupo de amigos, con mucha motivación y por supuesto el ánimo de conseguir un objetivo.

Good morning, how many of you got up early today and thanked God or your beliefs for starting a new day. Well this morning I felt very well and nature and the universe receive me with a beautiful landscape, the day is very fresh and I start jogging with a group of friends, with a lot of motivation and of course the spirit of achieving a goal.
