Llega Enero y todos queremos comenzar una vida saludable, queremos un buen negocio, una mejor entrada de dinero y un nuevo comienzo.

Cómo si Enero viniera con una varita mágica, si nosotros no cambiamos nada cambia, sino comenzamos con fuerza de voluntad, nada comienza, nada llega solo.

Así que dije está semana comienzo de nuevo el gym y hoy es mi cuarto día, casi no iba ya me duele todo, no me puedo ni sentar, pero se supone que este dolor son los primeros días y si duele es porque vamos bien los músculos se están adaptando al cambio.
