Treasures of the seashore...this beach is great for finding sea glass.
I told the kids the sea fairy's made this mosaic while they were away playing.
This is my 4 year old nephew George adding some glass to the mosaic.
My 2 year old niece Anna admires the mosaic.
Back home in the garden we start building a small lake in the centre of the fairy garden.
Pretty in Pink...Anna shows of her fairy garden...
Anna empties out a jar full of sea washed glass and sea shells we collected on a previous trip to the beach.
This is the lake so far....Im sure in time it will get a little bigger.
The residents of the fairy garden seem to be enjoying the lake side.
Our next mission is to find more glass for the Asian themed part of the garden
Next time we will get some glass to go under this little bridge leading to a Buddhist pagoda.
Hi Everyone
Today I went on a day trip to a local beach with my nephews and niece.
Burntisland on the east coast of Scotland is a popular tourist spot , the beach is great for find sea washed glass and sea shells.
The kids love playing on the beach and looking for things to take home.
On this trip we collected a lot of sea glass and shells and used the to make a sea glass lake in the middle of our little fairy garden.
