I'm surprised you can make these in the air fryer! You really can cook anything in there! Looks like you have that thing figured out. I don't like mussels personally too much but they make for pretty picture displays and very popular in eastern Canada where I grew up. Looks like your dish turned out excellent. Bon apetit! xox
