I have been a fan of Tumeric for a long time. I frequently recommend it to my patients.

I have never tried the paste.
I will have to try it.

I only tried it in powder form before and I didn't like it at all :) this seems to lessen the powder-taste if that makes sense :)

I'm still not a fan though, but I'm even less of a fan of the prednisone so I'm motivated to give it a proper try :)
