Disfrutando ahora del rico calor en el mar.

Actualmente me encuentro de paseo en La Lucila del Mar, y no se imaginan los días de verano que he podido disfrutar, porque esta época acá no es tan calurosa, tal y como se encuentra en ciudad capital. Por ello agradezco a mi cuñado por invitarme a este paseo, tan hermoso, que quizás de otra manera no se hubiese podido dar.

Mi amor por el mar, pienso, es incalculable y tener la oportunidad de volver a respirar brisa marina y apreciar la belleza del mar, para mí tiene un gran significado. La Lucila del Mar es uno de esos lugares que, cuando los visitas, los puedes sentir tan cercanos que traen a mi mente recuerdos del pueblo de mis abuelos, un lugar donde el mar se sentía frío y con muchas olas, pero de igual manera lo disfrutamos mucho en familia.

Sinceramente, desde que estoy en Argentina, los cambios de clima han hecho de este viaje toda una aventura, porque he tenido que aprender sobre la marcha muchas cosas, como que en el mar más personas disfrutan más observando desde la arena que sumergidos en el agua del mar, que prefieren tomar mate caliente, pese al sol inclemente, y que además las cotufas, que aquí tienen el nombre de pochoclos, se comen dulces. Que además se venden churros, sin dejar de nombrar que hay ventas de todo de forma ambulante: desde vestidos, sombreros, algodones dulces y muchas cosas más.

Enjoying the warm sea breeze now

I'm currently visiting La Lucila del Mar, and you can't imagine the wonderful summer days I've been enjoying. This time of year isn't as hot here as it is in the capital city. I'm so grateful to my brother-in-law for inviting me on this beautiful trip, which I might not have been able to take otherwise.

My love for the sea, I think, is immeasurable, and having the opportunity to breathe the sea breeze again and appreciate its beauty means so much to me. La Lucila del Mar is one of those places that, when you visit, feels so close to you that it brings back memories of my grandparents' village, a place where the sea felt cold and had big waves, but we enjoyed it immensely as a family nonetheless.

Honestly, since I've been in Argentina, the changing weather has made this trip quite an adventure, because I've had to learn so many things on the fly, like how more people enjoy watching from the sand than being in the water, how they prefer drinking hot mate despite the scorching sun, and how popcorn, which is called "pochoclos" here, is eaten sweet. They also sell churros, not to mention the street vendors selling everything from dresses and hats to cotton candy and much more.
