Greetings friends, this year more than ever I must thank God for how He has worked in me to seek my physical, mental and emotional well-being, to this I must add that in my fitness path I have met with an extraordinary group of girls and boys who like me are in the same search, physical health and motivation have been an essential part in this journey. So on Friday December 20th I had the privilege of attending the end of the year event of my friends of Cumaná Saludable in which many people participated in the various disciplines such as aerobics, dance therapy, kickboxing, among dances and musicals with Christmas motif, which our friends gave us to promote health and exercise the body. It was an extraordinary day and I must thank the teachers of Cumaná Saludable for their commitment and professionalism.
