PROJECT OPERATION
You need to have 100 PGMs in your hive engine wallet (not staked)
You will be able to send 0.3 PGM commands per day
For each command 0.1 PGM token will be sent from this account to the account to which you wrote the comment or to which you replied to the comment
each command will recharge in 8 hours
