Having owned several companies over the years I can see the temptation to use AI as many employees I have had over the years have been, for the lack of a better term, a pain in the ass... But in the end AI will lack empathy, and proper social skills learned in kindergarten. AI is far from ready to replace the majority of employees. I do use it to respond to emails but only after I approve and send it. It screws up a lot of those too!
For the time being I'll deal with the flawed human over the unreliable AI, but that may soon change in the near future!
Nice point of view, I have never been an entrepeneur, nor I have the desire to be one, infact I can't handle people very well !
