Good goals!
I'll tell you about my weight loss: I started on December 1st with 102 kilograms and set a goal to lose 10 kilograms in 2 months.
Today is January 10th, a month and a half has passed - I exceeded the plan, I weigh 88.5 kilograms. There is some fat left on my stomach, but 87 will be ideal.
I did not exercise during this period, I simply sharply limited the portion sizes (approximately 4 times and some days completely without carbohydrates)
