Swimming is Fun

Hello and Namaste Everyone,

I recently had a trip to Jaipur and it was a weekend getaway. Generally, we can getaways are a bit hectic because we don't get much time to explore things but it has been much-awaited for the last few months. We went there after the exams for my son so we thought that even though we did not have much time, we could be good enough to explore some places in Jaipur. I figured out some hotels and finally got the one that is pretty good and offers everything we need. It was RAMADA and it's a popular hotel chain in the country.

Every time I visit a hotel then I make sure that the pool is functional. I do it because I like swimming and it is a fun activity that I do without missing it and now my son is also joining me. Although he's not very good at swimming it is a learning phase for him. The hotel had a swimming pool on the rooftop which is not common in India but it was well-maintained and we had a great time there.

I do not get much time for swimming in day-to-day life but whenever it is possible then I just don't miss the opportunity. Especially when I'm going on a trip then I make sure that we stay at the place where this option is there so that we can have a fun time and I also enjoy some swimming over there.

Jaipur is known as pink city and it is not very far from Delhi NCR. It took about four hours for us to get there and we travelled by car instead of using public transport. Public transport is good but with personal vehicles, we get the flexibility to stop anywhere and explore places. I believe that we should explore more places when travelling because that's what we want to do so why should we just stick to the place where we are heading? Destination is fun but sometimes the journey can also be more fun if we get some good places on the way and this is why a personal vehicle is a good option.

It was a weekend trip so we were there on Saturday and Sunday and both days I spent a few hours in the swimming pool. As I said I enjoy this activity a lot and I'm happy that my son also enjoys the swimming activity so going forward together we are going to enjoy swimming even more. I'm just hoping and planning to have another trip by the end of this month if possible or in the next month so that we can have the swimming experience again. If this does not happen then it will not be possible because then the winter season will start. From December till Feb month, it is going to be the winter season and the swimming pool is not the place to be at this time.

I like travelling but this has not been done for the last few years and it is because my younger son was small but now he has grown and he turned 2 now. I still cannot visit all the places but with some consideration, I think I can start my travelling journey again and maybe in a year two or three trips can be planned to some nearby places.
