Habits are repeated actions or behaviour with consciously or unconsciously. Any attitude or behaviour that you engage in and do regularly unconsciously, such action or attitude has become an habit. It could be a positive or negative habit or attitude. You cannot break an habit if you keep ignoring the facts. You cannot deal with a problem if you underestimate it. You can have good intentions and end up terrible. Do not over estimate yourself saying you have great will power.

It's difficult to break bad habit if we ignored them. To break bad habit, address the habit by it's name. You cannot deal with what you have not acknowledged. Replace the bad habit with good one. Your actions are life seed - you have to do the action continually. Endure the pain and discomfort of your new action. Do not leave empty spaces in your life idle. Identify the bad habit you want to change, identify the good habit you want as replacement. Tell someone about it to act as a check.
