Antipasto all'...... Alla Calabrese!!!

Stasera apriamo le danze dell'arte culinaria con un bel pezzo di formaggio primo sale (prodotto in casa secondo le tradizioni con quaglio di agnello e latte vaccino locale) con pane della nonna, un pizzico di sale rosa dell'Himalaya e un filo d'olio fruttato.

Dopodiché ci prepariamo per un bel risotto con porcini, pomodorini dell'orto e asparagi selvatici.

Tonight we open the culinary art dances with a nice piece of Primo sale cheese (homemade according to the traditions with lamb quaglio and local cow's milk) with grandmother's bread, a pinch of Himalayan pink salt and a drizzle of d ' fruity oil.

Then we prepare ourselves for a nice risotto with porcini mushrooms, tomatoes from the garden and wild asparagus.
