Happy New Year to all Battle Mages!
I hope everyone had a good New Year celebration. I celebrated mine with a
clean sweep in the last Brawls. Went for Fray 6 Bronze (Alpha-Beta-Untamed) this time as my usual Fray 3 was not available. It was kind of a blessing though as I was able to win all my matches. It's a great start of the year and I do wish that all my battles will end up the same 🤞😅.

Ruleset: Lost Magic(cannot summon units with Magic attack), Silenced Summoners(summoners give no stats buff or debuffs or any abilities), 57 ManaVs @sulid02 : https://splinterlands.com/battle/sm_FTjH0hu3ECtc8I1OEeGG?ref=middle-earthling

As there are only 2 Splinters available, I selected SELENA SKY even though it was a Silenced Summoner ruleset, so that I have access to some powerful Dragon units to make use of the mana available. My opponent on the other hand only used 42 Mana. On the onset one can see that I have much bigger and beefier monsters hence have the advantage. And as the battle progressed, it is fun to watch the efficiency of DRAGON JUMPER in eliminating units with the least health.

Opponent only had level 1 monsters and I feel that even if I used a lone FLESH GOLEM with LLAMA I think that I would still win handily. LLAMA with any self-healing unit is like a cheat-code in low mana battles.

I can only assume that my opponent ran out of time as he only used up 17 Mana. My units overwhelmed even the Mighty QUORA TOWERSHEAD.

A last stand QUORA TOWERSHEAD is simply unstoppable in low mana battles such as this. Good thing our guild banished her from the visiting opponents roster.

The awesomeness of YODIN ZAKU is apparent as this match is over in just 1 round. I did not even use a Gladiator in this contest.

Ruleset: Little League(can only summon units and summoners that cost 4 Mana or less), Up Close and Personal(can only summon units with Melee attacks), 47 Mana

We almost had similar team composition, but the plus 1 Armor given by DRAKE OF ARNAK gave a big advantage to my units. It provided an extra layer of protection while my opponents monsters were wide open to damage. I did not lose a single unit in this match. Sadly , our guild mitriiman squad only placed 7th as only 10 members joined this Brawl. Each participating member received 1,269 Merits and 16.283 Staked SPS.
