E allora forse la ricetta per la felicità è proprio imparare dalle foglie a ballare sotto la pioggia, a cadere ondeggiando spazzate dal vento, godendo di ogni momento.

Questo è un bellissimo e profondo pensiero ed è una "ricetta" che cerco di seguire anche io...

      Ma grazie! Questo era un post che volevo più o meno fare da molto tempo e che deriva da tante considerazioni e telefonate anche degli ultimi giorni. La pioggia dell'altro ieri e il fiume di parole mi hanno regalato ispirazione e foto. Io credo realmente che per essere, non voglio dire felici, ma almeno sereni, dobbiamo lasciare 'andare' ciò che pesa ed accogliere ciò che non pesa. Ed essere grati sempre, guardando a ciò che abbiamo e non sempre a ciò che non abbiamo. Solo così possiamo trovare l'energia per costruire, energia positiva. L'energia negativa, quella che deriva solo dalla rabbia, dalla rivalsa, anch'essa è generatrice, ma spesso di caos, e quindi poi torna indietro spesso come l'onda di ritorno dello tsunami, spazzando via tutto.
