The Hive blockchain is a large ecosystem of apps, sites, projects and communities that is constantly evolving and expanding.
I follow several projects developed on the Hive blockchain and in particular I follow gaming projects because blockchain-based games are one of my passions.

One project closely related to the world of blockchain games that I have been following since the beginning and in which I have invested by purchasing project tokens is the Cartel project.
Cartel is:

Cartel has implemented a Swap service that, until yesterday, did not have a graphical interface.
Now this conversion service has its own front-end and conversion operations can be done very easily and in a short time.

The topic of this post of mine is precisely the SWAP service offered by Cartel which is called CARTEL.SWAP.

Requirements:

• 1. You must have a Hive account.
  If you don't have a Hive account you can create one by following some simple steps.

• 2. You must install the Hive Keychain extension for your browser.

HIVE <-> SWAP.HIVE and HBD <-> SWAP.HBD

The CARTEL.SWAP service performs the following conversions:

• HIVE -> SWAP.HIVE
• SWAP.HIVE -> HIVE
• HBD -> SWAP.HBD
• SWAP.HBD -> HBD

SWAP FEE: from 0.25% to 0.0% for CARTEL Owners

The special feature of the CARTEL.SWAP service is that it provides variable swap fees.

The conversion service is available to all Hive users but holders of CARTEL tokens have benefits that are related to the amount of CARTEL tokens held:

• 0 CARTEL = 0.25% fee
• 1+ CARTEL = 0.20% fee
• 10+ CARTEL = 0.15% fee
• 30+ CARTEL = 0.10% fee
• 60+ CARTEL = 0.05% fee
• 100+ CARTEL = 0.00% fee

The CARTEL tokens

CARTEL tokens are second-level tokens of the Hive blockchain.

CARTEL tokens can be sold, purchased, or transferred from one of the second-level token dexes of the Hive blockchain such as:

• LeoDex (https://leodex.io/)
• HiveEngine (https://hive-engine.com/)
• Tribaldex (https://tribaldex.com/)

Today, September 27, 2022, the market value of 1 CARTEL token is:

• 14.9500 SWAP.HIVE = $7.3450994 (Lowest Ask)
• 10.0500 SWAP.HIVE = $4.9376756 (Highest Bid)

CARTEL tokens in addition to being the tokens of the Cartel project are also dividend tokens and as of June 20, 2022, holders of CARTEL tokens started receiving rewards.

In my wallet I have 62.37 CARTEL and to date I have received:

• 9.6740 VOUCHER - current value: $4.24 (Highest BID)
• 3718,5997 WOO - current value: $10.96 (Highest BID)

CARTEL.SWAP: Step by step guide

Using Cartel.Swap to perform HIVE <-> SWAP.HIVE and HBD <-> SWAP.HBD conversion operations is very simple, and I will now show you all the steps to perform.

The first step that you need to perform is to enter your Hive username within the HIVE Account section in the first box on Cartel.Swap and then you need to click on the Continue button (follow the indication of the numbered arrows in the following image).

In the Balance section you will display the amount of HIVE, HBD, SWAP.HIVE, SWAP.HBD, and CARTEL tokens in your possession.

In the center box you need to:

• 1. choose the token you want to convert (arrow number 1 next image).
• 2. click on Swap (arrow number 2 next image)

You will display the Confirm Hive Keychain transaction screen and the Hive Keychain screen will open within which you must click on Confirm

Operation completed!

Within 3 minutes you will receive the tokens:

• in your Hive second-level token wallet if you have converted HIVE to SWAP.HIVE or HBD to SWAP.HBD
• in your Hive wallet if you converted SWAP.HIVE to HIVE or SWAP.HBD to HBD.

Easy right? ;)

Conversion limits

Before performing the SWAP operation I recommend that you check the available liquidity in the third box on the right at https://swap.oneup-cartel.de/ (section Balance / Liquidity)

But you don't have to worry if you enter an amount of tokens to convert that exceeds the available liquidity because you will get a message below the Amount field that will tell you the maximum amount of tokens you can convert.

For example, if the available liquidity for HBD tokens is 29,067 units and you try to convert 50 HBD to SWAP.HBD you will receive the message Maximum amount is 29,067 HBD (see image below) and the Swap button will not be clickable until you enter a correct amount.

There are also minimum and maximum conversion limits (the same for all conversion options):

• Min Swap amount: 1 token
• Max Swap amount: 150 tokens (daily limit).

Final considerations

CARTEL.SWAP is a user-friendly and straightforward Swap service.
It is a more convenient service than the conversion services offered by the more popular Hive Engine and TribalDex that have a lot of liquidity but have deposit fees for HIVE and HBD tokens of 0.75% compared to CARTEL.SWAP's fees that start at 0.25%.
If for HIVE<->SWAP.HIVE conversion there are several SWAP services on Hive to choose from regarding HBD<->SWAP.HBD CARTEL.SWAP service is currently the most convenient service.

CARTEL.SWAP is an even more convenient service for CARTEL token holders and particularly for holders of at least 100 CARTEL tokens who can convert a daily maximum of 150 tokens at zero cost.

Currently, there are only 12 users with more than 100 CARTEL tokens, and the three largest CARTEL token holders are @flauwy (594.1 CARTEL), @balte (559.36 CARTEL) and @epic-fail (384.52 CARTEL).

I, with 62.37 token CARTEL, am in position number 17. I am not superstitious but I would like to be in the top 10 :)

Thanks to my 62.37 CARTEL tokens I can do the swap transactions by paying only 0.05% of fee which is really a very low cost but my short term goal is to reach an amount of at least 100 CARTELs and at that point I will also be able to convert my HIVE, HBD, SWAP.HIVE and SWAP.HBD tokens at cost 0 ;)

Cartel ha implementato da tempo un servizio di SWAP che però, fino a ieri, non aveva un interfaccia grafica.
Adesso questo servizio di conversione ha un suo front-end e le operazioni di conversione sono effettuabili con molta facilità e in poco tempo.

La particolarità del servizion CARTEL.SWAP è che prevede swap fee variabili.

Il servizio di conversione è disponibile per tutti gli utenti di Hive ma i possessori dei token CARTEL hanno dei vantaggi collegati al quantitativo dei token CARTEL in possesso:

• 0 CARTEL = 0.25% fee
• 1+ CARTEL = 0.20% fee
• 10+ CARTEL = 0.15% fee
• 30+ CARTEL = 0.10% fee
• 60+ CARTEL = 0.05% fee
• 100+ CARTEL = 0.00% fee

I token CARTEL

I token CARTEL sono token di secondo livello della blockchain di Hive.

I token CARTEL possono essere venduti, acquistati o trasferiti da uno dei Dex dei token di secondo livello della blockchain di Hive come ad esempio:

• LeoDex (https://leodex.io/)
• HiveEngine (https://hive-engine.com/)
• Tribaldex (https://tribaldex.com/)

Oggi 27 settembre 2022 il valore di mercato di 1 token CARTEL è di:

CARTEL.SWAP: Step by step guide

Utilizzare Cartel.Swap per effettuare le operazioni di conversione HIVE <-> SWAP.HIVE e HBD <-> SWAP.HBD è molto semplice e adesso ti mostro tutti i passi da eseguire.

Il primo passo che devi effettuare è di inserire il tuo nome utente di Hive all'interno della sezione HIVE Account nel primo riquadro su Cartel.Swap e poi devi cliccare sul bottone Continue (segui l'indicazione delle frecce numerate nell'immagine seguente).

Nella sezione Balance visualizzerai il quantitativo dei token HIVE, HBD, SWAP.HIVE, SWAP.HBD e CARTEL in tuo possesso.

Nel riquadro centrale devi:

• 1. scegliere il token che vuoi convertire (freccia numero 1 immagine seguente)
• 2. cliccare su Swap (freccia numero 2 immagine seguente)

Visualizzerai la schermata Confirm Hive Keychain transaction e si aprirà la schermata di Hive Keychain all'interno della quale devi cliccare su Confirm

Operazione completata!

Entro 3 minuti riceverai i token:

• nel tuo wallet dei token di secondo livello di Hive se hai convertito HIVE in SWAP.HIVE o HBD in SWAP.HBD
• nel tuo Hive wallet se hai convertito SWAP.HIVE in HIVE o SWAP.HBD in HBD.

Facile vero? ;)

Limiti di conversione

Prima di effettuare l'operazione di SWAP ti consiglio di verificare la liquidità disponibile nel terzo riquadro a destra su https://swap.oneup-cartel.de/ (sezione Balance / Liquidity)

Ma non devi preoccuparti se inserisci un quantitativo di token da convertire superiore alla liquidità disponibile perchè riceverai un messaggio sotto al campo Amount che ti indicherà il quantitativo massimo di token che puoi convertire.

Ad esempio se la liquidità disponibile per i token HBD è di 29.067 unità e provi a convertire 50 HBD in SWAP.HBD riceverai il messaggio Maximum amount is 29.067 HBD (vedi immagine seguente) e il bottone Swap non sarà cliccabile fino a quando non inserirai un quantitativo corretto.

Ci sono anche dei limiti minimi e massimi di conversione (uguali per tutte le opzioni di conversione):

• Min Swap amount: 1 token
• Max Swap amount: 150 tokens (limite giornaliero)

Considerazioni finali

CARTEL.SWAP è un servizio di Swap semplice e immediato da utilizzare.
E' un servizio più conveniente rispetto ai servizi di conversione offerti dai più conosciuti Hive Engine e TribalDex che hanno molta liquidità ma hanno fee di deposito per i token HIVE e HBD dello 0.75% rispetto alle fee di CARTEL.SWAP che partono dallo 0.25%.
Se per la conversione HIVE<->SWAP.HIVE ci sono diversi servizi di SWAP su Hive tra cui scegliere per quanto riguarda la conversione HBD<->SWAP.HBD CARTEL.SWAP il servizio CARTEL.SWAP è al momento il servizio più conveniente.

CARTEL.SWAP è un servizio ancora più conveniente per i possessori di token CARTEL e in particolare per i possessori di almeno 100 token CARTEL che possono convertire un massimo giornaliero di 150 tokens a costo zero.

Al momento gli utenti che hanno più di 100 token CARTEL sono solo 12 e i tre maggiori possessori di token CARTEL sono @flauwy (594.1 CARTEL), @balte (559.36 CARTEL) e @epic-fail (384.52 CARTEL).

Io, con 62.37 token CARTEL, sono nella posizione numero 17. Non sono superstizioso ma mi piacerebbe entrare nella top 10 :)

Grazie ai miei 62.37 token CARTEL posso effettuare le operazioni di swap pagando solo 0.05% di fee che è davvero un costo molto basso ma il mio obiettivo di breve termine è di raggiungere un quantitativo di almeno 100 CARTEL e a quel punto potrò anche io convertire i miei token HIVE, HBD, SWAP.HIVE e SWAP.HBD a costo 0 ;)
