Failure builds.

I’ve noticed that when successful people are invited to interviews or shows, audiences tend to focus on their stories of achievement. Most people are more interested in the success itself and pay little attention to the challenges and failures encountered along the way. Often, those who share their success will highlight only the easy parts of their journey, spending hours discussing their accomplishments to make it seem effortless. While their words are intended to encourage and motivate, they often overlook the critical aspects that truly prepare one's mind for the challenges ahead.

Most successful people fail to prepare their audiences for the journey ahead. It's not that they are lying, they are often not sincere. As human beings, we tend to focus on the appealing aspects, wanting to hear only the easy part of a story, rather than the challenges that the speaker faced to reach their current position. I believe the best way to prepare an audience for success is by sharing the struggles and failures experienced along the way. Many people are more concerned about the outcomes such as how much money someone makes weekly or how a successful person lives than about the hardships and challenges that shaped them on their journey.

It is not your fault. They only tell you what you want to hear because they’ve discovered that nobody cares about what they went through to achieve their goal.

The truth is that the only way we can truly understand success is through others sharing their experiences, including their failures. It is in failure that people often find strength and learn valuable lessons. Real success isn't measured by sweet stories or the amount of money someone makes, those narratives can only motivate us temporarily. When individuals share their genuine struggles, it becomes easier for us to keep pushing forward, regardless of the obstacles we face, because we will recognize those challenges and know how to address them without fear. Most people don’t want to hear about the other side of success which is failure. When you bring it up, they often think you are trying to discourage them, but in reality, you are simply trying to highlight an important part of the story.

Sometimes the pain and shame in failures are what bring about change because we are forced to want to prove other people’s wrong and to show them that we can do it

Many of us need to experience failure to truly find ourselves. The rejection and challenges we face force us to work differently and push us to put in the effort. Often, we don't realize what we're capable of until we hit rock bottom. It is at this point that failure reshapes our approach and helps us uncover our true potential. Comfort can hide our abilities, while determination in the face of failure is crucial for growth. Some people fail countless times before finally succeeding, and no success story doesn't include this part. This part of the journey is vital because it holds the real key to change. When people share their success stories, they should also discuss their struggles and failures. This openness can help others prepare their minds for what lies ahead on their paths.

Thanks for your time.

Failure comes in like a breeze but determination always turn things around

I think failure is a necessary part of life and should be discussed more frequently. By and large, we learn much more from failure than success, both on our own and the stories of others. Life isn't meant to be easy lol.
