The Survival game mode has captivated the community for many weeks, introducing a different gameplay system that involves deploying cards from any set, without any limits, but introducing a penalty for cards that lose a battle, locking them out for a certain period of time.

To participate and win some rewards, all you need is a large number of boosted cards, even duplicates, allowing players to have a large pool of available cards. The prizes were generous, especially for those who placed at the top of the leaderboards, with thousands of daily $SPS rewards.

Unfortunately, the rewards themselves have been the subject of discussion since the available SPS were owned by the Splinterlands team. Survival mode has been suspended pending updates. In my opinion, SPS could be replaced with GLINT tokens, which would especially benefit small and medium-sized players who need to power up their Soulbound cards more than others.

We'll see what changes there are in the near future; I'm sure that more game modes can only benefit players and the supporting community. Ultimately, we all just want to play and have fun, as well as earn rewards.

La modalità di gioco Survival ha appassionato la comunità per molte settimane, introducendo un sistema di gioco differente che consiste nello schierare le carte di qualsiasi set, senza alcun limite, ma introducendo una penalità per le carte che perdono una battaglia, bloccate per un certo lasso di tempo.

Per partecipare e vincere un po' di rewards quindi occorre solo possedere molte carte potenziate, anche doppioni, che consentono ai giocatori di avere una grande riserva di carte disponibili. I premi sono stati ricchi soprattutto per chi si posizionava nella top delle classifica, migliaia di rewards giornaliere $SPS.

Purtroppo proprio le rewards sono state oggetto di discussione in quanto gli SPS a disposizione erano di proprietà del team Splinterlands. La modalità Survival è stato sospeso in attesa di aggiornamenti. A mio avviso si potrebbe sostituire SPS con token GLINT e ciò favorirebbe soprattutto i piccoli e medi giocatori che hanno necessità, più di altri, di potenziare le carte Soulbound.

Vedremo quali saranno le novità nel prossimo futuro, sono certo che maggiori modalità di gioco possono solo apportare benefici ai giocatori ed alla comunità di sostenitori. In fondo, tutti noi, vogliamo solo giocare e divertirci, oltre che guadagnare rewards.
