Oggi ho deciso, data la mia passione per i liquori, di cimentarmi nella produzione di Nocino Napoletano, il famoso liquore estratto dalle noci.
Partiamo con la raccolta delle noci, rigorosamente tra il 24 giugno e il 29 giugno, poi limoni paesani, chiodi di garofano e cannella e per finire ...... Alcool a 95°.
Dalle foto si possono vedere le varie fasi della produzione:
-Tagliare le noci in 4 parti ( noci comprese di mallo)
-aggiungere la cannella i chiodi di garofano e le scorze di limone
-aggiungere l' Alcool a 95°
-Non resta che aspettare la macerazione in 40 giorni
Today I decided, given my passion for liqueurs, to try my hand at the production of Nocino Napoletano, the famous liqueur extracted from walnuts.
Let's start with the walnut harvest, strictly between June 24th and June 29th, then village lemons, cloves and cinnamon and finally ...... Alcohol at 95°.

-add cinnamon, cloves and lemon peel
-add Alcool at 95°
-All that remains Is to wait for the maceration in 40 days
