Joke aside, I think the word I should have used is "conflicts" instead of "dramas", because no one can really stay away from drama, life is dramatic by its essence, that's what makes it so special in these brief moments of bliss.
But some people really thrive in conflicts and take advantage of those that cannot deal with it.
Hence learning combat sport 💪, I am not saying "become a gym bro" 🤣. Just make sure bullies think twice before spreading rumors and cornering you, or pressuring you to take jabs, etc...
