Don't plagiarise other people's work and if you use an image that is not yours make sure you credit its source.
Posting many times a day will be seen as spammy by most others and will probably gain you the sort of reputation you do not want, one that will not be conducive to success. Twice every 24 hours is ample; More will have the reverse effect you intend it to have.
The way to attract people to you is to comment on other people's posts after reading them of course. Build relationships and nurture them and, if you do it well, people will come over to your blog and see what they see which leads me to the next point.
Post with personality, passion and effort as that's what people will respond to. You need to say something, not just a bunch of random words that don't relate to one another or have any real depth.
