Governments, corporations, social media, agencies, data centers, prisms, and others do data mining, they share all sorts of things with people; a lot of things happen and can happen, it's a long story

Yes but I would not use the word hack. It is called a backdoor. Information goes through servers that can copy the data as it funnels through.
