Yes. 😃 People can easily get from civilized to wild with liquor. Incidents and shit can happen in those circumstances but without a bit of wild behavior, a place can get dull and boring.
Here where I live, people used to be less restrained and very funny some decades ago. The parties were great and long. Nowadays the place is very boring. I mean, it's great for me becouse I'm getting old so I like the quiet atmosphere. I don't drink or take any kind of drugs now. But if it was like that when I was a teenager, it would have looked like hell to me.
