Sleeplesss Introduction to Axie Buzz and Hive

I've never been great with expressing my thoughts with words but here I go anyway.

I've been lurking around this place for long enough. It's about time I gather up the strength and courage within me to make my first real contributions and test out the Create to Earn ecosystem which Buzz has been so vocal about. The concept of Creating to Earn is truly ingenious. I have to be honest and say that at times it seemed too good to be true so I was skeptical. Although I still don't fully understand how it works, I see that creators really are earning by using this platform.

It's prime time I test the waters.

So, who is Sleeplesss?

He is an enigma, an anon crypto investor, trader, Twitter madman, Axie player, NFT and bull market enjoyer, hater of bear markets and everything that has to do with bears.

I recently got involved in Axie after being blasted on Twitter about the game every single day. Top market volume, top DAU accross the Metaverse, top this, top that, my feed was screeming about Axie so I had to give in. Can't say that I regret it. The game is quite enjoyable and the additional income is a nice benefit.

Why anon bruh?

Well, I like it this way. I value my privacy and would like to keep it for myself, hope you won't mind.

Why Sleeplesss?

Sleepless is the gene that gives Axies these crazy looking eyes you see in my pfp and the thumbnail image of this post. It was the first Axie I ever bought and I always liked the look of it and how it turns cute little Axies into batshit crazy, unstable, monsters.

How did you find out about Axie Buzz?

Thanks to whoever is behind the Axie Buzz profile. I've been following him ever since I joined the Axie community on twitter, and I guess he just posted one too many tweets about Hive 😄

What are you going to post about?

Mostly my random thoughts about Axie and some other prominent NFT games. I wish to share my insights, funny moments, and inspiring thoughts to get you through the daily rage spake caused by a losing streak in your favorite NFT game, Axie Infinity.

What are your initial thoughts about Axie Buzz?

I haven't been here for the longest time but so far, I really like this place. Earning aside, this seems like the place to be if you're an Axie enjoyer, which I most definitely am. Looks like it needs more creators though but from my knowledge Axie Buzz is still early so there's a lot of room to grow this out into a big community of creators and readers.

One thing I dislike is how complex this thing is.

Even as a crypto-native, I'm struggling at times. I was given 3 different keys, there are 3 tokens in my wallet, and my upvote has power? I'm confused, but I will get it. I'll devote a few weeks to dig deep and learn this place to the best of my ability. Aside from the complexity, this platform is a breath of fresh air. Hidden from the sight of greedy influencers shilling scams to their follwers, and filled with genuine content, from genuine small-time creators.

I wonder why more people don't know about it yet?

Anyway, I'll keep testing the waters and getting to know Hive and Axie Buzz a little better in the following weeks. I'm looking forward to sharing my story and meeting some amazing people along the way.
