As an Owner of this community, I always tried to upvote newcomers post, currently focus on introduction post which was published within week and encourage to join this community to catch new comer’s quality post easily for upvote. Also we encourage new members to post to the INCommunity.
Hopefully we are going on right way and following motto of INCommunity. Now turn is for old/senior hivers to come forward and do support this community to give bigger upvote to newcomer/newbie’s quality or good post.
