Esta época festiva é propícia a encontros com familiares e amigos, todos junto numa mesa. Os momentos de convívio saudável muitas vezes é quebrado por um familiar ou amigo mais tóxico.

Quando era adolescente estes encontros, juntamente com o facto de considerar que são épocas de puro consumismo e hipocrisia, alterava-me profundamente. Reagia mal a toda esta quadra natalícia.

Quando acontecem penso sempre na caminhada pela natureza que posso fazer no dia seguinte, só isso já me tranquiliza e serve como escudo contra as toxidades.
