I love this post. It was actually Neville Goddard's studies of the Bible that got me back into valuing the Bible again and appreciating Jesus' life for what it was -- an example of manifesting mastery. It finally makes sense to me now, all the allegories and sayings and stories. They are symbols and examples of manifesting. And THIS is what SHOULD be taught in religions today. Christian or not.
But they don't do it. Instead, they teach you that God lies OUTSIDE of you, and your power lies outside of yourself, rather than within. And this would be disturbing, if it were not for the fact that I don't think most people teach this falsehood on purpose.
Some do, though, and they ought to be held accountable, were there a way to do so.
