Today is Sunday and I hope you had a wonderful time in God's presence.
I want to title my post today as "Be the light". Let's go through the scriptures
Matt.5.16: "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven." (NKJV)
Light is very important to our lives and environment. The use of light can't be overemphasized. When someone receives Jesus as Lord and Savior, light has come into your to displace darkness. This light that we've received supposed to shine.
We are surrounded by so many darkness today that our light ought to overcome it. What constitutes this darkness are sins, hatred, envy, jealousy, bite biting, anger etc. All these are the activities of darkness.
How can we show our light? By being true ambassador of Jesus wherever we are found.
You can also be the light by exposing evil around you. You can shine your light by not lie.
Whatever that doesn't represent Jesus around you expose it out. Be sincere and truthful wherever you either school, at home or office. Our major duty on earth is to shine our light.
