You want to hear the biggest spiritual warfare tactic that the devil loves to use? Satan literally took one third of the angels in heaven to hell with him. He divided the kingdom of heaven.
If Satan can divide the kingdom of heaven,
how much more do you think he's going to try to divide us as Christians?
Do not allow the spirit of offense, the spirit that makes you feel offended by what somebody did, cause you to separate from the body.
The Bible says we are the body of Christ.
That is singular. Meaning we have to operate like we are one.
If you get hurt or somebody offends you,you can see obviously there's something wrong. We have to choose to forgive because we have to move in unity.We're stronger together.
When we move together, when we move in unity, when we pray together, when we cover each other, when we forgive, what happens?God can flow through us because we're not different pieces at different places. He wants us to be fighting each other instead of fighting him.
The next time you find yourself feeling like you want to get away from somebody that's your brother, sister in Christ, remember what is the body without the heart?
What is the heart without the body?
We need each other. Remember why we're here. Remember what the ultimate plan is to come together, to help other people come together so that we can serve the Lord together.
