Knowing how to pray is not only important but beyond necessary. I don't know how you enjoy your life without praying but in all you do, praying is very very essential.

Pray when you are comfortable and fulfilled, pray when you are weak and weary, pray when it's confusing, pray when you are becoming too addicted to something. Being able to pray without ceasing, gives you the liberation not to fall into temptation.

Praying helps you to communicate with God and make decisions that won't allow you to initiate yourself in things you shouldn't do or be. Prayers help you to remain in touch with God, prayer helps you to communicate effectively with God, prayer helps you to just stay in touch with the Holy Spirit.

Isa.40.31 - But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Prayers help you to communicate with God.The only way you can communicate with God is through prayers. It is in the place of prayers that you will be able to ask what you want and he will give it to you.

John.14.13 - And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
John.14.14 - If ye shall ask anything in my name, I will do it.

There are a lot of things that occur when you go on your knees to pray, sometimes you feel very lazy to pray, you feel very tired to pray, etc. Whatever, learn to pray.

Rom.8.26 - Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

Whether you have money or not, you need prayers, your money is not enough to bribe God, your money will not also save you. Praying can do a lot of things for you, allowing you to be focused, allowing you to avoid any kind of temptation, prayers allow you to remain disciplined, prayer allows you to see what God has in store for you. Prayers allow you to stay in the conscious self with the HolySpirit.

If your prayerful life has been down, I want you to step back, step back and ask God to revive your prayer life, tell him to restore your prayer life. I don't know if there's anything God cannot do, God can do everything. It is time to give God a chance and stop the devil from taking the place and time of prayers from you. Now, can you just begin to pray? Pray without ceasing(1Thessalonians 5:17)
