“No one is more dangerously insane than one who is sane all the time: he is like a steel bridge without flexibility, and the order of his life is rigid and brittle.”
― Alan Watts
It's been a while, actually years since I last shared a black and white photo. Decided to join #monomad challenges as it got my attention long ago, but never tried it out, till I did.
I've been fighting my own demons lately, mostly in my head with what are my left bad habits and right, healthy ones that call for action, productivity, consistency and most of all for a better change.
What better way it would be to describe my previous week, than with a black and white photography where it is almost a ying & yang situation. Started this one with a fresh start without any pressure, healthy food, several minor tweaks, long walks, spending more time in nature and doing what I want, love.. while listening to the winds.
Photos were made with the help of light room app on my Samsung Galaxy A52s I installed over a week ago, while I was learning about long exposure photography. Although it didn't work the same as on Youtube's "how to" it's still user-friendly and very practical.
Thank you for taking time reading, stopping by, staying positive & I wish you a great day!
Awesome man, like that dark theme in photos.
Few days were cloudy while taking these photos, b&w really makes it dark and shady :)
Thank you kindly :)

The church on the hill; such a terrific shot!
Keep doing what you're doing, my friend. Self-awareness leads to self-actualization. Everything you need is inside of you.
Thanks for the post and good luck with your journey.
Cheers!
Definitely.. learning on my way, going up and down, but at the end, looking a year ago, it's going exponential. Thank you for the motivation and leaving such a powerful comment.
