This is my entry for the daily #monomad challenge hosted and curated by @monochromes.
Hello everyone in Black and White community! Its been a while from my last post here. Today I am going to give you guys another series of Black and White studio portraiture.
As the title above says, I am going to share my recent studio portraiture with my gym coach named Julian. He is a simple guy but with a very strict discipline. He goes to the gym six days a week.
So I just started going to the gym early last month and I meet my coach during my rest time in the gym. While talking to him I was advised by him to do some weight training. This was the day I started to train with a proper personal trainer or my coach.
One day, during my training session I saw him flexing in front of the mirror. I ask him if he wanted to do some studio portraiture, luckily he had the time and he was very interested to get some photo taken during that time.
For your information he is 43 years old and he is a very athletic person. From his early days, he takes Tae Kwon Do as his athletic activity, he was a very skinny person during this time.
Looking back at the time before the pandemic started, he begin to get interested in body building. He immediately start to go to the gym until he meet a body builder coach. That is when he started his body building regime.
Here a some of his best shot during the studio photoshoot session.

top work here.... how did you light it??
Thank you so much my friend. I use 2 lighting setup for the shot, One octa box on the right side as a main light and a small soft box on the left to make rim lighting.
