When admiring a sculpture, I always try to observe it from every possible angle. Every element is important, and its interaction with its surroundings adds even more meaning. It is very common for these works to be photographed from the front, showing only a general view of them. Here are some pictures I took of the Statue of Pope John Paul II in the Old Basilica of Guadalupe on a cloudy day, which was ideal for photography.
