On the wisp of time | My entry for #Monomad Challenge [ENG-ESP]

A new year has begun with new dynamics that transmute between the black and white of each step, each footprint on the path, each glance...

With that stance, that of assuming new perspectives, I stop in front of these banana leaves, in their natural environment, to contemplate new essences, new stories that can transport us beyond the obvious.

Leaves of a plant that, seen up close, in their contrast of gray tones, offer a whole new universe...

Lines, curved strokes, ruptures that reveal wounds... I try to see them differently, in a way that invites one to immerse oneself in what could become a reference to the waves of the sea, to the adrenaline of those who surf the unexplored or who caress the skin of wild animals in their environment of freedom to be reborn and forget the wounds that once bled on the wisp of time.

Ha comenzado un año con nuevas dinámicas que transmutan entre el blanco y negro de cada paso, cada huella del camino, cada mirada...

Con esa postura, la de asumir nuevas miradas, me detengo delante de estas hojas de plátano, en su entorno natural, para contemplar nuevas esencias, nuevas historias que pueden transportarnos más allá de lo evidente.

Hojas de una planta que, vistas de cerca, en su contraste de tonos grises, ofrece un universo nuevo...

Líneas, trazos curvos, rupturas que muestran heridas... intento verlas de modo diferente, de manera que invite a sumergirse en lo que pudiera convertirse en referencia a las olas del mar, a la adrenalina de quien surfea lo inexplorado o quien acaricia la piel de animales salvajes en su entorno de libertad para renacer y olvidar las heridas que algunas vez sangraron sobre la brizna del tiempo.
