Daily Routines and Small Joys: Life in the Fields of India

in Black And White8 months ago (edited)

Hello family. Namaste from India. I hope you all are healthy.

I am going to share today's daily routine with you, however, the pictures I am sharing here were taken by me during the Chandranahan trek.

Today I was working in the fields the whole day, that is why I did not take my camera. There is a fear of the camera getting damaged in the soil in the fields and there is no camera repairing shop nearby.

In the morning the pigeons come to the roof of the house on time and I also get up on time. I feed the pigeons and say good morning to them. The morning time is quite calm here and I find solace in feeding the birds because they have been coming here for many years and now I have become attached to them.

After taking bath in the morning, I go to Narkanda market with milk. After delivering milk in the market, I come back home. Due to work in the fields, I do not spend my time in the market.

As soon as I reach home, I have breakfast and plant pear trees in the fields. There is a lot of empty space in my fields, so I am planting fruit trees in it. I planted ten saplings today and next year I will graft them and plant my favorite pear variety.

Disclaimer: This post is originally written in Hindi by me and I have taken the help of Google Translate to translate it into English. These pictures are old, I took them during Chandranahan trek. All these pictures have been taken with Sony A58 kit lens. I might have shared some of these pictures on social media as well.

Hello @naveen.jogta.
Please do not forget to add the #monomad tag to your post (together with the other tags).
It would be a shame not to include one of these images in our selection tomorrow. 🙂

Namaste🙏I will definitely tag monomad in all the next posts.
