I found these different bees near Lake Louise Alberta, I feel like they were all posing for me at times although obviously they are not and only care about the pollen. They are a great subject for practicing insect macro though, you have to follow them along until they sit still then be ready with the right settings when that moment comes. Readjusting as the light changes from flower to flower can be tricky. I shoot manual and rely on my cameras light meter to give me a good reading so I can change on the fly.
