Hello everyone in the Black and White community. Hope you're all doing well and everything's going smoothly. Today's photography and blog post are about the fundamental aspect of physical and mental health. I won't complicate things too much; our shoot took place in a gym. As usual, I'm back with you with another photoshoot and blog post. Let's dive into the photos without further ado.
Okay, let's start from where I went to the gym for a video project. I had arranged with my trainer to record a video, and I'll share the link at the end.
We brainstormed for the video, incorporating some dialogues to teach proper bodybuilding movements. I'll definitely share my trainer's profile at the end, with his permission. He and I work together, and you can see my comment at the end of the video and read the caption. It mentions that I did the videography. Anyway, while we were filming, one of the friends who was helping us with the lighting, I promised him a mini photoshoot during his workout. The photos you see are of this dear lighting assistant who volunteered to help us. In the first photo, I asked him to pose as if he was lifting weights and suddenly noticed someone entering from behind or from the other side of the gym entrance. I chose a part of the background with a greater depth of field for a better full focus and lit his face from the side he was turning to. In the next photo, you see a normal pose where he's standing facing me with his hands crossed. I suggested this pose to him; he wanted to have such a photo.
We continued filming, and when I saw him doing a dumbbell row, which we call a 'rowing' exercise, I took photos during his workout. The last two photos in the post are of his training. It was interesting because I wanted to take more photos in the gym environment.
If you're like me and enjoy gym photography and seeing athletes working out, let me know in the comments so I can include it in my schedule and produce better content for you.
Cheers to all of you. Thanks for watching until the end. Have a great day. Until next time, goodbye.
