Hello, dear Black and White Community 👋🏾

This week has been for daytime errands, as the afternoons have been occupied by rain. In our daily comings and goings, it’s common—because of routine or walking streets we’re already used to—to overlook details that add little surprises along the way.

Sometimes we find something that was always there but we never noticed; other times, something new that won’t last. And sometimes, they can be incredibly curious things you wouldn’t expect.

It might be a message you only discover in a second, or we might even run into some peculiar character, like this iron giant in a park in Vedado.

Sometimes, all it takes is looking up and observing more closely to discover surprises that can dazzle us or plant even more curiosity to uncover little secrets hiding in plain sight.

They tend to be simple encounters, but at the end of the day, we know that in every place there’s something wonderful waiting to be seen.

Hola, querida Comunidad Blanco y Negro 👋🏾

Esta semana ha tocado hacer gestiones diurnas, porque las tardes las tienen ocupadas las lluvias. En nuestro andar diario, es muy común que a causa de la rutina o el recorrer calles que ya estamos acostumbrados, pasemos por alto detalles que añaden una que otra sorpresa al camino.

A veces encontramos algo que estuvo ahí siempre pero que no notamos, otras, algo nuevo que no durará. Incluso algunas, pueden ser cosas increíblemente curiosas que no esperarías.

Puede ser un mensaje que sólo descubres en un segundo o hasta podemos toparnos algún personaje peculiar, como este gigante de hierro de un parque del Vedado.

A veces basta con alzar la vista y observar con más atención para descubrir sorpresas que pueden deslumbrarnos o sembrarnos más curiosidad por descubrir pequeños secretos a la vista.

Suelen ser encuentros simples, pero al final del día sabemos que en cada lugar hay algo maravilloso que espera ser observado.
