Good night everyone, hope we are healthy everyone.
This time I shared a little story about coffee plants that flourished in the highlands of Gayo, located in Central Aceh and Bener Meriah districts. Gayo coffee is famous for its unique aroma and taste so it is loved by many people, especially for coffee connoisseurs.
Gayo coffee has various types such as Arabica and Robusta, both types of coffee are very much in demand because the aroma is different from the usual coffee in Indonesia, to try it does not need to go far, according to my knowledge the coffee has been spread in a number of countries. Because this coffee is already famous for its high quality.
Coffee in Gayo is planted in the highest land area by local farmers, besides that both regions have cold weather making it suitable for growing coffee. The planting system is still using traditional methods that use organic fertilizer so that it thrives and has high-quality fruit.
Almost all the people in the area have their own coffee plantations, there are also those who work in companies that have acres of coffee plantations and even can accommodate workers up to hundreds of people.
Speaking with coffee enthusiasts, Aceh is known by the name, 1001 coffee shops after the tsunami disaster struck Aceh in 2004 which killed hundreds of thousands of people. After the disaster, Aceh started to rebuild a new life and rebuild houses or shops that had been razed to the ground due to seawater.
Since then, coffee shops have been standing everywhere and are called "Aceh 1001 coffee shops". Black coffee used to be very popular in Aceh, but after entering the modern era like now black coffee is not much more interested due to addiction to the aroma of Arabica and Robusta coffee produced in Gayo.
This delicious coffee we taste while working accompanied by a glass of coffee that is an addictive aroma. Coffee with the number one taste in the world now has a variety of flavors that have been prepared according to order, it is no wonder that many people stay long in the stall just to drink a glass of coffee that adds various other flavors to attract enthusiasts.
