Yesterday the fair in my city officially started and I must say that the streets of the fair complex were packed with people, there was no room for one more and obviously I went there looking to take photos to share with you!
I have some friends who have an exhibition in one of the many places of the fair and I'm going to be going there every day to make content for my friends and at the same time I take advantage of my time there to do this activity that I like to do so much: Photographing strangers!
On this occasion I went by each of the exhibitions and asked the people who work there if I could take some photos of them and they all said yes!
Ayer comenzó oficialmente la feria de mi ciudad y debo decir que las calles del complejo ferial estaban repletas de personas, no cabia ni una mas y obviamente yo fuí para alla buscando hacer fotografias para compartirlas con ustedes!
Tengo unos amigos que tienen una exposicion en uno de los tantos sitios de la feria y yo voy a estar yendo para alla todos los dias a hacerles contenido a mis amigos y a la vez aprovecho mi tiempo allá para hacer esta actividad que tanto me gusta hacer: Fotografiar desconocidos!
En esta ocasion fuí pasando por cada una de las exhibiciones y les pregunté a las persona que trabajan allí si les podia tomar unas fotos y todos dijeron que si!
Each of these booths sells or offers a different service. They're all there to advertise their company.
Cada uno de estos puestos vende o ofrece un servicio diferente, todos estan allí para hacerle publicidad a su empresa y posicionar su servicio o producto.
Last year, I did this same photography activity in the same place, and I used to get super nervous before approaching people. But I've done it so many times now that I feel super confident and relaxed, plus I know that many of them end up happy and grateful for their photos!
El año pasado tambien hice esta actividad de fotografia en el mismo lugar y me ponia super nervioso antes de acercarme a las personas, pero ya lo he hecho tantas veces que me siento super seguro y relajado, ademas de que sé que muchas de ellas terminan felices y agradecidas con sus fotos!
This dynamic of photographing strangers is a great way to create connections and introduce myself as a photographer in my city.
Esta dinamica de fotografiar desconcidos es una excelente manera de crear conexiones y darme a conocer como fotografo en mi ciudad.
I exchanged contact information with all these people to give them their photos, and they were super happy.

yeahh i try to go as many event as i can, most of them arent paid BUT i do get to know a lot of people and many became new clients!! so yes, it's a win!
