Monomad challenge entry #144: The time of our lives.

There's been a scarcity of good times for me lately. Nobody said adulthood would be so depressing. I used to think adulthood would be when I experience freedom; such a foolish thought. Adulthood is bills, bills, and more bills.

In my spare time today, I sat down to reminisce about my life before adulthood. Life was pretty easy. I had almost everything done for me. I had time; so much time. I could do everything I needed to do and still had time. These days most of my time is spent on work stuff. It takes very deliberate effort not to work. I feel I had the time of my life as a kid. I'd love to experience it a lot more as an adult though.

Well, sometimes I have the time of my life when I create photographs. Some photo sessions are pure joy. One of such sessions was the one I had last year with my friends for our brand "Makewewaka". We worked two sets that day. In the second set, Debbie expressed so much joy and it felt so genuine. Aside from making the photos amazing, it also made me feel good. Happiness can be contagious I guess.
